Sankar creates processing and monitoring efficiencies to drive Club Concierge. He heads the operations and is charged with the focus of building competencies for efficient delivery of Concierges service quality promise. He has extensive experience including several years of working at spearheading Les Concierges in its India operations.

Sunil has a passion for service—and believes that deep customer loyalty is built one interaction at a time. He has 10+ years experience in customer experience strategy, service delivery operations, business and product development; and 8+ years spent recruiting, managing, and training teams.

Deepa’s unique understanding of the client perspective helps her walk in the customer’s footsteps as she leads the Concierge Client Services Team. She applies her extensive marketing expertise to every client program, providing a consultative approach to setting program strategies, communication and development. Deepa is also responsible for Les Concierges experiences, offering clients a turn-key, scalable solution for customer loyalty, rewards, recognition and point redemption programs.
Ram Kumar Regional Manager (Bangalore), Key Accounts Manager
Ram manages all operational aspects of the delivery of Concierge services to ensure that Les Concierges delivers world-class service to its clients. His responsibilities include providing leadership to the Service Delivery Department, and maintaining and enhancing the Concierge product.
